9 perros han encontrado familia durante el mes de Febrero 2013.

9 dogs have found a family in February 2013.

Im Februar 2013 fanden 9 Hunde eine neue Familie.

MIMO y AGUA, nacieron juntos, sobrevivieron juntos en la calle durante un año, estuvieron juntos en una casa de acogida de Gran Canaria Pets durante otro año, y finalmente han sido adoptados juntos y ya no se van a separar en toda su vida.

MIMO and AGUA, born together, surviving together on the street for a year, together in a foster home of Gran Canaria Pets for another year, and finally they got adopted together and they will never be separated for the rest of their lives. 

MIMO und AGUA, zusammen geboren, überlebten ein Jahr gemeinsam auf der Straße. Ein weiteres Jahr zusammen in einer Pflegestelle von Gran Canaria Pets und letztendlich wurden sie auch zusammen adoptiert, so dass sie auch für den Rest ihres Lebens nicht mehr getrennt werden.

 

NINETTE, la última de la camada de 8 cachorros, a ella tambien le llegó su día, y viajó a Alemania el día 3 de febrero.
NINETTE, the last one of the litter of 8 puppies, for her also finally came the day and she travelled to Germany on the 3th of February. 
NINETTE, die letzte aus einem Wurf von 8 Welpen – auch ihr Tag kam und sie flog am 3.Februar nach Deutschland.

El mismo día viajó YODI, pero ella viajó a Suecia.  Su papa de acogida la llevó personalmente, porque ha sido adoptada por su familia. 

On the same day travelled YODI, but she travelled to Sweden. Her foster daddy brought her personal to Sweden because she got adopted by his family. 

Am gleichen Tag reiste auch YODY, aber sie flog nach Schweden. Ihr Pflegepapa brachte sie persönlich nach Schweden, denn sie wurde von seinen Familienangehörigen adoptiert.

BRUMA fué adoptada en la isla por un matrimonio alemán, que pasa parte del año aquí y parte en Alemania.  La hemos visto varias veces y está como una reina.
BRUMA got adopted on the island by a German couple, who are living 6 months here and 6 months in Germany. We saw her several time and she is living as a queen. 
BRUMA wurde hier auf der Insel von einem Deutschen Paar adoptiert, das 6 Monate hier und 6 Monate in Deutschland lebt. Wir haben sie mehrmals gesehen und sie lebt wie eine Prinzessin.

PELUSA tambien fué adoptada en la isla.   Ella llenó de felicidad la casa de sus adoptantes.
PELUSA also got adopted on the island. She is filling the house of the adopters with happiness. 
PELUSA wurde ebenfalls hier auf der Insel adoptiert. Sie erfüllt das Haus ihrer Adoptiveltern mit Glück.

Ya hemos recibido fotos y videos de BUGA en su nueva casa y corriendo por la nieve.   Vemos que le encanta y que le parece muy divertido !!!!
We already received pictures and videos of BUGA in her new home and running trough the snow. We can see that she loves it and enjoyable. 
Wir bekamen bereits Fotos und Videos von BUGA in ihrem neuen Zuhause und wie sie durch den Schnee rennt. Man kann sehen, dass sie ihn liebt und ihr Spaß macht.

SPECKY: NUEVA ENTRADA EN GRAN CANARIA PETS - NEW ENTRANCE - NEUZUGANG

TIENE solo 3 meses y viene de un criadero de perros....... donde no lo pudieron vender.   Su madre es una chiguagua y su padre un perro sin pelo del Perú.
He is only 3 months old and he comes from a dog breeder...... where they could not sell him. His mother is a chihuahua and his father a dog without hair from Peru. 
Er ist erst 3 Monate alt und kommt von einem Züchter…. der ihn nicht verkaufen konnte. Seine Mutter ist ein Chihuahua und der Vater ein Peruanischer Nackthund.

 Es macho, y es realmente adorable, muy tranquilo, cariñoso y dulce.
He really is an adorable boy, very tranquil, affectionate and sweet. 
Er ist ein liebenswerter Bursche, sehr ruhig, liebenswert und süß.

 Es pequeño de tamaño y le gusta estar con otros perros, y con las personas es muy mimosito.
He is small size and he loves to be with other dogs and with the people he loves to cuddle. 
Er ist kleinwüchsig, liebt die Gesellschaft anderer Hunde und schmust gerne mit Menschen.

Le hemos puesto SPECKY de nombre.   Hoy pasará por el veterinario para  prepararlo para adoptar.
We gave him the name SPECKY. Today he will go to the veterinarian to prepare him for his adoption. 
Wir gaben ihm den Namen SPECKY. Heute geht’s zum Tierarzt damit er für seine Adoption vorbereitet wird.

CLIPER Y PEPSI: AHORA SON VECINOS - ARE NOW NEIGHBOURS - SIND JETZT NACHBARN

CLIPER Y PEPSI, dos hermanos de la misma camada de los "refresquitos" están adoptados en la isla.
CLIPER and PEPSI, two brothers of the same litter "the softdrinks" got adopted on the island. 
CLIPER & PEPSI sind zwei Brüder aus dem „Softdrink“-Wurf und wurden hier auf der Insel adoptiert.

 Pero la casualidad es que ahora son vecinos, y fueron adoptados sin que sus familias se conociesen anteriormente.
But the coincidence is that they are now neighbours and they got adopted without the family´s knowing each other before.
Wie der Zufall so spielt, sind sie jetzt Nachbarn und wurden adoptiert ohne dass sich die Familien vorher kannten.

 Esta semana Pepsi fué a visitar a su hermano,  y estuvieron jugando juntos un buen rato.
This week Pepsi went to visit his brother, and they were playing a good time. 
Diese Woche besuchte Pepsi seinen Bruder und die beiden spielten ausgiebig miteinander.

 Ese mismo día Cliper había sido castrado, pero estaba muy contento.  Ahora van a quedar para ir a pasear juntos.
That same day Cliper got castrated, but he was very happy. Now they will go out for a walk together.
Den gleichen Tag wurde Cliper kastriert, war aber guter Dinge. Jetzt gehen sie zusammen spazieren. 

En la misma casa de Cliper también vive TOD en régimen de acogida, que se castró el mismo día.   La diversión está asegurada............
In the same house as Cliper is also living TOD in fostering, who got castrated the same day. The diversion is for sure................
Im gleichen Haus von Cliper ist TOD in Pflege, der am gleichen Tag ebenfalls kastriert wurde. Künftiger Spaß miteinander ist garantiert………… 

AMON YA ESTA EN ACOGIDA EN ALEMANIA - AMON IS NOW IN FOSTERING IN GERMANY - AMON IST JETZT IN D IN PFLEGE

Hoy era un día de mucha felicidad!Virginie, después de cuidar durante meses de AMON  y sus hermanos de la calle, vio su sueño cumplido . Ya terminó su vida de callejero y sobrevivir en el campo!
Today was a very happy day! Virginie, after taking care of AMON and his brothers/sisters for months on the street, saw her dream come true. The life of a stray dog and surviving in the street is finished!
Heute war ein freudiger Tag! Nachdem Virginie sich mehrere Monate um die Streuner AMON und seine Geschwister kümmerte, wurde ihr Traum war. Ihr Überlebenskampf auf der Straße war zu Ende!














Todo preparado para ir al aeropuerto! Ahí estaba ya su madrina de vuelo, la Sra. Hug.
All prepared to go to the airport! There his flight attendant, Mrs. Hug, was already waiting. 
Alles wurde für die Tour zum Flughafen vorbereitet! Dort wartete bereits seine Flugpatin Frau Hug.

Y ya llegaron a tierra Alemana, donde estaban esperando Petra y Frank para llevar a AMON a su casa!
In Germany Petra and Frank came to pick up AMON to take him to their home!
In Deutschland holten Petra und Frank ihn ab und nahmen ihn mit nach Hause!

 Primero la presentación a los demás animales de la casa, una pequeña vuelta por el jardín, comer y    descansar en una camita suave y caliente.
First the presentation to other animals in the home, a small walk trough the garden, eat and relax in a warm and soft bed.
Zuerst wurde er dort den anderen Tieren vorgestellt, dann ein kurzer Spaziergang im Garten, fressen und im weichen, warmen Körbchen entspannen.

Y aquí los dos chicos con el mismo nombre ; AMON! Era la gran ilusión del niño AMON  tener un perrito salvado en Gran Canaria con su mismo nombre! Durante las vacaciones de Amon en la isla en  el verano del 2012 también ayudo a Virginie a  poner comida para él!
And here the two boys with the same name: AMON! It was a big illusion of the boy AMON to rescue a dog from Gran Canaria with the same name! During the holiday`s of Amon last summer on the island, he also helped Virginie to put food for the dog Amon!
Und hier die beiden Jungs mit dem gleichen Namen: AMON! Es war immer der Traum von dem Jungen AMON, einmal einen Hund von Gran Canaria mit demselben Namen zu retten! Während Amons Urlaub im Sommer letzten Jahres, den er hier auf der Insel verbrachte, half er Virginie auch ihn zu füttern!


AMON está ahora en acogida en Alemania, donde aprenderá a vivir con una familia, dentro de una casa !
AMON is now in fostering in Germany, where he will learn to live with a family inside a house!
AMON (der Hund) ist in Deutschland in Pflege und wird erst einmal lernen bei einer Familie im Haus zu leben!

KEMBA Y KEISHA: SIGUEN SIN ENCONTRAR NUEVA FAMILIA - CONTINUE WITHOUT FINDING A NEW FAMILY - NOCH IMMER KEINE NEUE FAMILIE GEFUNDEN

En abril del año pasado, Desire nos escribió muy preocupada porque tenía 3 perros y por diversos motivos tenía que entregarlos en adopción.  A uno de ellos consiguió encontrarle nueva familia.
In April last year, Desire wrote us very worried because she had 3 dogs and for several reasons she had to put them in adoption. For one of them she found a new family.
Desire schrieb uns im April letzten Jahres, dass sie besorgt um ihre 3 Hunde ist, die sie aus verschiedenen Gründen zur Adoption freigeben muss. Für einen hat sie eine Familie gefunden.

Pero estas dos perras siguen con ella, y no ha conseguido una nueva casa para ellas.
But the other two are still with her, and she was not able to find them a new home. 
Aber die anderen beiden sind noch immer bei ihr, denn sie konnte noch kein neues Zuhause für sie finden.

And this very good Stafford mix who sleeps with the cats is:

Und diese Stafford-Mix, die sehr lieb ist und bei den Katzen schlaft ist:

Desire está enferma y pide ayuda para sus dos perras.
Desire is sick and she is asking for help for her two dogs. 
Desire ist krank und bittet daher dringend um Hilfe für ihre beiden Hunde.

TOD: OTRA ENTRADA EN GRAN CANARIA PETS - NEW ENTRANCE - NEUZUGANG

Lo encontraron unas personas por la noche, caminando solo por la carretera. 

Some people found him in the night, alone on the street.  

Einige Leute fanden ihn nachts alleine auf der Straße.

 Estaba limpio y tenía buen aspecto.  Lo llevaron al veterinario de guardia mas cercano.......
He was clean and had a good aspect. They took him to the closest guardian veterinarian.....
Er war sauber und in gutem Zustand. Sie brachten ihn zum nächstgelegenen diensthabenden Tierarzt….

 y se llevaron una sorpresa cuando el veterinario les informó que ya otras personas anteriormente en la misma noche lo habían recogido y lo habían llevado allí y habían comprobado que no tenia microchip.
and they got a surprise when the veterinarian informed them that some other people came that same night with this same dog and they found out that he had no microchip. 
und waren überrascht, als der Tierarzt ihnen sagte, dass andere in dieser Nacht schon mit diesem Hund da waren und er bereits festgestellt hatte, dass er keinen Mikrochip hat.

 Parece que esas personas que lo recogieron la primera vez lo volvieron a dejar en el mismo sitio que lo habían encontrado.  Menos mal que las personas que lo recogieron la segunda vez se lo llevaron a su casa y nos pidieron ayuda.
It looks like that the people who found him first brought him back to the same place where they have found him. Thank god that the second people who found him, took him home and asked us for help. 
Es scheint, als wenn diejenigen, die ihn zuerst gefunden hatten, ihn wieder zum Fundort zurückgebracht hatten. Glücklicherweise hatten die zweiten Leute ihn mit nach Hause genommen und uns um Hilfe gebeten.

 Ahora TOD ya está en una casa de Gran Canaria Pets.  Es un yorkshire macho, muy bueno, se lleva bien con los perros y personas.   Esta semana vamos a castrarlo y prepararlo para buscarle una buena familia.
Now TOD is in a foster home of Gran Canaria Pets. He is a Yorkshire boy, very good and goes along well with other dogs and people. Next week he will be castrated and prepared, so we can find him a good family.
Jetzt ist TOD in einer Pflegestelle von Gran Canaria Pets. Er ist ein Yorkshire-Rüde, sehr lieb und verträgt sich mit Menschen und anderen Hunden. Nächste Woche wird er kastriert und für die Adoption vorbereitet, damit wir eine nette Familie für ihn finden können.

TONY: LO IBAN A SACRIFICAR,!!!!! AHORA ESTÁ EN GRAN CANARIA PETS - THEY WANTED TO SACRIFICE HIM, HE IS NOW WITH GCPETS! - ER SOLLTE EINGESCHLÄFERT WERDEN, JETZT BEI GC PETS!

 Tiene solo 7 meses, no pesa mas de 5 kilos, y su familia lo iba a sacrificar.....................
He is only 7 months old, weights about 5 kilos, and his family wanted to sacrifice him.............
Er ist erst 7 Monate alt, wiegt um die 5 kg – und seine Familie wollte ihn einschläfern lassen…..

Todavía no entendemos bien las razones por las que su familia lo llevó al veterinario con el firme propósito de sacrificarlo ese mismo día.   Alegaron que cuando estaban los nietos de la familia intentaba morderles.....
We still don`t understand what the reason was that his family took him to the veterinarian with the firm intention to sacrifice him that day. They claimed that when the grandchildren were there he tried to bite them....
Wir können bis heute nicht nachvollziehen, aus welchem Grund ihn seine Familie zum Tierarzt brachte, mit der festen Absicht ihn an dem Tag einschläfern zu lassen. Sie behaupteten, dass er versucht hätte, die Enkel zu beißen……

Claro, el veterinario fué incapaz de sacrificarlo y nos llamó pidiendo ayuda.
But of course, the veterinarian was incapable to sacrifice him and called us asking for help. 
Natürlich war der Tierarzt nicht bereit ihn zu töten. Er rief uns an und bat um Hilfe.

 Ese mismo día recogimos a Tony y lo tenemos en observación en casa de una educadora canina.     De momento se comporta super bien, es muy cariñoso, le encanta jugar ( tiene 7 meses....) con los otros perros y con las personas.
That same day we picked up Tony and we have him in observation in the home of a dog-trainer. For the moment he is behaving very well, he is very sweet, loves to play (he is 7 months.....) with other dogs and with people. 
Noch am gleichen Tag holten wir Tony ab und brachten ihn zur Beobachtung zu einem Hundetrainer. Derzeit benimmt er sich einwandfrei, ist sehr anhänglich, liebt es zu spielen (schließlich ist er erst 7 Monate alt…) sowohl mit anderen Hunden wie auch mit Menschen.

 En ningún momento le hemos visto el mínimo gesto agresivo, ni de desconfianza.  Es un perrito feliz sin traumas.
Not one moments we have seen a sign of aggressive or mistrust. He is a very happy dog without trauma.  
Zu keinem Augenblick haben wir irgendwelche Anzeichen von Aggression oder Misstrauen erkennen können. Er ist ein fröhlicher Hund ohne Trauma.

LUZ: TAMBIEN CORRIENDO POR LA NIEVE - ALSO RUNNING TROUGH THE SNOW - RENNT AUCH DURCH DEN SCHNEE

 Se acuerdan de LUZ? Ella y su hermanita CRUZ ( adoptada aquí en Gran Canaria) vivían solitas en las tomateras. Las dos pudimos salvarlas de ahí, esterilizarlas y buscarles familia.
Do you remember LUZ? She and her sister CRUZ (adopted here on the island) were living alone in some tomato fields. Both we could rescue, sterilize and we were able to find family`s for them.
Erinnert Ihr Euch noch an LUZ? Sie und ihre Schwester CRUZ (hier auf Gran Canaria adoptiert) lebten alleine auf Tomatenfeldern. Die beiden konnten von dort gerettet werden, wurden sterilisiert und wir suchten Familien für sie.

LUZ ahora vive en Alemania y encontró allí una familia maravillosa. No para de jugar con su gran amigo de 4 patas y nada mejor que recibir los mimos de su amiguita.
LUZ is now living in Germany and found there a marvellous family. She does not stop playing with her big 4 leg friend and there is nothing better than receiving cuddles from her friend.
LUZ lebt jetzt in Deutschland und fand dort eine wunderbare Familie. Sie tollt mit ihrem großen 4-beinigen Freund umher und es gibt nichts schöneres, als die Streicheleinheiten ihrer jungen Freundin.

Y después a descansar en una cama grande y calentita!

And after taking a nap in a big, warm bed!

Danach ordentlich in einem großen, warmen Bett ausruhen!
