NIGERIA OPERADA - OPERIERT - OPERATED ..

La pequeña Nigeria, ya mayorcita, estaba en tratamiento de la Filaria. De repente se puso muy pero muy mal y fue llevada rápido a la clínica veterinaria. Allí nos avisaron para operarla lo más rapido posible en la clínica Albea para retirar una gran cantidad de lombrices directamente de sus arterias coronarias.

Una operación con un 50% de posibilidad .

La operación ha sido hasta ahora un éxito y Nigeria se está recuperando poco a poco. Pero en total  nos ha dejado con un coste extra muy grande!. La factura a la clínica ya esta pagada, pero agredecemos su ayuda económica  por pequeña que sea para poder siguir ayudando a los demás que nos necesitan!. En este momento tenemos "en casa" 7 perros más que dieron positivo en el test de filaria! Todos están todavía en tratamiento, aunque esperamos que ninguno de ellos también necesiten una operación tan grande!.

Kleine  Nigeria, und sie nicht so Jung mehr , war in Behandlung der Filaria. Plötzlich wurde sie sehr, sehr krank und wurde in die Tierklinik eingeliefert. Dort forderten sie uns auf, sie so schnell wie möglich in der Albea-Klinik zu operieren, um eine große Anzahl von Würmern direkt aus ihren Herzkranzgefäßen zu entfernen. Eine Operation mit einer Chance von 50%. Die Operation war bisher ein Erfolg und Nigeria erholt sich langsam. Aber insgesamt hat es uns einen sehr großen Aufpreis hinterlassen! Die Rechnung an die Klinik wurde bereits bezahlt, aber wir freuen uns über Ihre finanzielle Hilfe, egal wie klein sie auch sein mag, um weiterhin anderen zu helfen, die uns brauchen! Little Nigeria, and not so young anymore, was being treated for filaria. Suddenly she got very, very sick and was admitted to the veterinary clinic. There they asked us to operate on them as soon as possible at the Albea Clinic to remove a large number of worms directly from their coronary arteries. An operation with a 50% chance. Pedimos ayuda económica , aunque no lo hacemos a menudo pero  nos han llegado este mes de agosto muchos gastos imprevistos!
En primer lugar recogimos un perro labrador que fue atropellado con una fractura de cadera muy fea! Lleva varios día ingresado en la clínica ! Entró  en estado de schock, con mucho dolor y sin poder moverse. La Radiografia indicaba una rotura de cadera . Este semana le realizaron  un TAC (tomografía axial computarizada) y el martes ( día 20.08) será operado! Los gastos para el estan creciendo y todavía no sabemos cuanto costara la operación! Y para colmo, también tiene Filaria!!
Ademas nos avisaron de dos perros cual estaban encadenados toda su vida y que el dueño nos los han cedido. Lamentablemente los dos ( Colon y Drina) tienen filaria que  vamos a tratar logicamente! 
Y tenemos tres casos mas de filaria en casa; Genova, Posy y Goro)
Tambien nos pidieron ayuda desde una perrera Municipal para un perrito viejo de 11 años y cuando lo retiramos nos dimos cuenta que solo orina sangre! Parece ( despues de hacer una exploración y radio grafias) que es solo una infección, aunque todavia hay que hacer mas pruebas pero esperemos que se cura pronto!  
No solo retiramos a este pobre Peter de esa perrera,  tambien otro perrito mas y una perra con sus 3 cachorros, que dió a  luz hace solo 5 dias!
Es demasiado para un solo fin de semana !!!!!!!!!!!

Wir bitten um finanzielle Hilfe, obwohl wir es nicht oft tun werden, aber viele Ausgaben sind in diesem August angekommen!

Als erstes haben wir einen Labrador-Hund mitgenommen, der  überfahren wurde! Er verbleit seit  mehrere Tage in die Klinik ! Er war dort unter Schock gebracht werden, mit viel Schmerz und unfähig, sich zu bewegen. Die Röntgenaufnahme zeigte eine gebrochene Hüfte. Diese Woche haben sie einen CT-Scan (Computertomographie) durchgeführt und am Dienstag (Tag 20.08) wird er operiert! Die Kosten dafür steigen und wir wissen immer noch nicht, wie viel die Operation kosten wird! Und schließlich hat er auch Filaria !!
Sie erzählten uns auch von zwei Hunden, die ihr ganzes Leben angekettent sind und die der Besitzer uns  ab gegeben hat. Leider haben beide (Colon und Drina) Filarien, die wir angeblich behandeln werden! Und ausser diese beide  haben wir noch drei Fälle von Filaria zu Hause; Genua, Posy und Goro) un die Behandlung ist auch sehr teuer!
Sie baten uns auch um Hilfe bei einem Totuengsstation  für einen 11-jährigen Ruede und als wir ihn entfernten, stellten wir fest, dass er nur Blut uriniert! Es scheint (nach untersuchungen und Roentgenbild ), dass es nur eine Infektion ist, und hoffentlich wird es bald heilen!

Wir haben nicht nur diese arme  Peter da rausgenommen, sondern auch einen weiteren Ruede und einen Hundin  die erst vor 5 Tagen drei Welpen zur Welt gebracht hat!

Este es CHAPI, uno de nuestros perritos que tenemos pendiente de adoptar, pero el veterinario ha detectado que tiene arenilla o piedras en la orina por lo que tenemos que darle tratamiento y comida especial hasta que se le pase. 
No tenemos problema en darle la medicación, pero el problema es que no podemos darle su pienso especial porque lo tenemos con otros perros y no tenemos un sitio para  separarlo y por lo tanto tienen que comer todos la misma comida.  EL VETERINARIO DICE QUE LO MAS IMPORTANTE PARA SU CURACIÓN ES EL PIENSO ESPECIAL ..... y lo peor es que CHAPI está sufriendo !!!!
Buscamos una casa de acogida por poco tiempo, quizás un mes, donde puedan administrarle su medicación y su pienso especial.  Pesa 6 kg. y es muy bueno.  La casa de acogida no tendría ningún gasto.

Dies ist CHAPI, einer unserer gerettene Hund , den noch kein Zuhause gefunden hatt, aber der Tierarzt hat festgestellt, dass er Kies oder Steine im Urin hat, so dass wir ihm eine spezielle Behandlung und Nahrung geben müssen, bis er wieder Gesund ist. 

Wir haben kein Problem damit, ihm die Medikamente zu geben, aber das Problem ist, dass wir ihm sein spezielles Futter nicht geben können, weil er jetzt mit andere Hunde zusammen lebt und wir kein keinen Platz haben, um die zu trennen, und deshalb müssen sie alle das selbe Futter essen. DER TIERARZT SAGT, DAS ES WICHTIGSTE IST  FÜR SEINE HEILUNG  . Und das Schlimmste ist, dass CHAPI leidet. 

Wir suchen für eine kurze Zeit, vielleicht einen Monat, eine Pfelegestelle , in der sie ihre Medikamente und ihr Spezialfutter gebe können. Er wiegt 6 kg. und es ist sehr lieb . Die Pflegestelle  hätte keine Kosten.

This is CHAPI, one of our rescued dogs who has not found a home yet, but the vet has found that he has gravel or stones in his urine, so we need to give him special treatment and food until he is well again.
We have no problem with giving him the medicines, but the problem is that we can not give him his special food, because he now lives with other dogs and we do not have no place to separate them, and therefore have to they all eat the same food. THE VET SAYS THAT IST IS VERY IMPORTENT FOR HIS CURE . And the worst thing is that CHAPI is suffering.
We are looking for a short time, maybe a month, a fosterhomewhere they can give the medication and the special food. He weights 6 kg. and he is very sweet. The foster home will have no costs.

Esta camada de 6 cachorritos empezaron a nacer en plena  calle Leon y Castillo.  Una persona con problemas habia llevado la perra caminando de Moya a Las Palmas y ahí parió !!!!!!!!
Alguien pidió ayuda en la Clinica Huellas y la veterinaria acudió al parto en plena calle.  Ya habia nacido un bebé y se llevó la perra a la clinica donde nacieron los 5 restantes.
Están todos bien, ya están destetados por un problema de mamitis de la madre, pero necesitamos urgente acogida para ellos, de uno en uno o de dos en dos.
Nosotros podemos buscarles familias y ocuparnos de sus gastos, pero necesitamos un sitio para acogerlos pues siguen con su dueño !!!!
Una acogida es un cachorro salvado !!!!

LOTTY tenia la suerte de ser adoptada hace poco, ( ver sus anterior historias) Pero en el preoperatorio de su castración se detectó un soplo muy grande en el corazon. Enseguida pidimos una ecocardiograma cual confirmo su enfermedad congénita ( DUCTUS ARTERIOSO PERSISTENTE) y si no se opera pronto no va a tener mucho tiempo de sobrevivir.La operación consiste por toracostomia convencional. GRAN CANARIA PETS se va hacer cargo de este operación.
El presupuesto de la operación es de 1.345 €  !!!!!!!!!!!
Es la protectora quien tiene que hacerse cargo de los gastos, porque entregamos en adopción una perrita con una enfermedad que desconocíamos y  es nuestra responsabilidad.  Pero es demasiado dinero para nosotros, necesitamos ayuda para poder realizarla !

PERRITO DE 5 KILOS ENCONTRADO - 5 KILO DOG FOUND - 5 KILO HUND GEFUNDEN

Este perro  ha sido encontrado en estado de desnutrición y lleno de pulgas. Lo llevaron al veterinario, y comprobaron que no tenía chip.

Es un macho, de aproximadamente 8 meses y pesa 5 kilos. Ya está desparasitado. Sabe hacer sus cosas fuera de casa y es muy dócil. Se lleva bien con otros perros, puesto que ahora mismo convive con  dos perros en casa en espera de que aparezca la familia.

This dog was found in a malnourished state and full of fleas. They took him to the veterinarian and they found out that he has no microchip.
 He is probably about 8 months old and weighs 5 kilos. He is already de-wormed. He knows to do his things outside the house and he is very sweet. He goes along with other dogs and for the moment he is living with 2 other dogs in the hope that his family appears. 

Dieser Hund wurde in einem unterernährten Zustand und voller Flöhe gefunden. Sie brachten ihn zum Tierarzt und sie fanden heraus, dass er keinen Mikrochip hat.
Er ist wahrscheinlich etwa 8 Monate alt und wiegt fünf Kilo. Er ist bereits entwurmt. Er weiß seine Sachen aus dem Haus zu tun, und er ist sehr süß. Er geht gut zusammen mit anderen Hunden und für den Moment, lebt er mit zwei anderen Hunden in der Hoffnung, dass seine Familie erscheint.

BUSCAMOS CASAS DE ACOGIDA/ LOOKING FOR FOSTERHOMES/SUECHEN PFLEGESTELLE

Gloria lleva años luchando para poder intentar esterilizar a una perra que lleva todo su vida como guardiana de cabras. Su vida es vivir amarrada y tener camada tras camada. Muchos de estas criaturas no sobrevivieron. Ahora por fin podremos castrar a la mami y ya tuvimos que retirar  los primeros cachorros con solo 4 semanas de edad!    Es un grupo de 9 en total. A los mas pequeños los hemos dejado todavía con la mami para que ella pueda sacarlos adelante!
Para estos cachorros buscamos ahora urgentemente casas de acogidas. Son de raza grande pero ellos también necesitan una oportunidad de vivir felizmente! La mamá es mezcla de Bardino con Labradora.

Gloria is "fighting" for years to neuter a female dog , that is kept on a chain as a guardian dog. Every time she got puppies ( twice a year) most of them were killed inmedeatly and left her with one or two.... till she had no milk anymore. This time Gloria could safe all 9 puppies! And is allowed to neuter the mom! Puppies are now 1 month old and we had to take 5 away from her so she can take care of the other 4! We are now looking urgently for foster/adoption homes for them! The will be big once adult but need to get a posibillity as well. Mom is a mix from Bardino with Labrador!

Gloria "streitet" schoen fuer viele Jahren um eine Huendin zu kastrieren lassen. Sie lebt an eine Kette und ist eine Wachhuendin! Jedes mal (2 mal im Jahr) bekam Sie Welpe und werden die alle getoetet und nuer 1 oder 2 bei die Muetter gelassen biss Sie keine Milch mehr hatt. Diese mal koennte Gloria alle 9 Retten, und darf Sie bald dass Weibchen kastrieren lassen. Die kleinen sind gerade 1 Monat alt und haben die erste 5 bei die Muetter wegnehmen muessen und 4 da gelassen so dass Sie die noch versorgen kann. Wir suechen jetzt dringen Pflegestelle/adoption fuer diese kleinen! Einmal erwachsen sollen die Groess werden, weil Muetter ist eine mix von Labrador mit Bardino.
