 Así entró la pequeña BRUMA, llena de nudos y algo asustadiza.
Like this the little BRUMA made her entrance, full of knots and a little bit afraid. 
In diesem Zustand kam die kleine BRUMA zu uns, das Fell total verfilzt und ein wenig verängstigt.

Pasó poco tiempo en la casa de acogida......
She stayed for a little while in a foster home.....
Sie verbrachte nur kurze Zeit in einer Pflegestelle…..






Y hoy firmamos los papeles de adopción!!
And today we signed the papers for the adoption!!
und heute wurden die Adoptionspapiere unterzeichnet!!

La Fam. Stock pasan un par de meses aquí en la isla y nos contactaron para adoptar a una perrita pequeña! Ya está con ellos desde hace casi una semana . La próxima semana la pequeña tiene cita en la clínica para su castración y hoy pasamos para hacer los cambios de propietario y un chequeo.
The Stock family are here for a few months on the island and contacted us for adopting a small dog!
She is now for almost one week with them. Next week the little girl has an appointment at the veterinarian for her castration and today we went to make the change of owners and a check up. 
Familie Stock ist seit einigen Monaten auf der Insel und kontaktierte uns, weil sie einen kleinen Hund adoptieren wollten! Jetzt ist sie fast eine Woche bei ihnen. Nächste Woche hat die Kleine einen Termin in der Tierklinik zur Sterilisation. Heute wurde der Besitzerwechsel eingetragen und ein Check-Up gemacht.

 

Su nueva Familia esta encantada con ella... y está mas mimosa que nunca! Compraron una pequeña camita...pero claro aunque es muy pequeña ( solo pesa 2,5 kilos!) ya la niña prefiere el sofá y la cama!!
Her new family is very happy with her..... and she more affectionate then ever! They bought her a small bed..... but of course although she is very small (only 2.5 kilos) the girl prefers the couch and the bed!! 
Ihre neue Familie ist von ihr begeistert…. und sie ist verschmuster denn je! Sie kauften ihr ein kleines Körbchen…… aber auch wenn sie sehr klein ist (wiegt nur 2,5 kg) zieht die Kleine Sofa und großes Bett vor!!

KINKI SE QUEDA SIN FAMILIA - WILL BE WITHOUT A FAMILY - JETZT OHNE FAMILIE

Tiene 6 años. Vacunado y con microchip.
This Dachshund is called KINKI.
He is 6 years old, vaccinated and has a microchip.
Dieser Dackel heißt KINKI.
Er ist 6 Jahre alt, geimpft und hat einen Mikrochip.

Es muy bueno, tranquilo y cariñoso, pero su dueña regresa a su país y no se lo puede llevar.
He is very good, tranquil and sweet, but his owner is going back to her country and can not take him with her. 
KINKI ist sehr lieb, ruhig und anhänglich, aber sein Frauchen kehrt in ihre Heimat zurück und kann ihn nicht mitnehmen.

Buscamos nueva familia para él.
We are looking for a new family for him. 
Daher suchen wir eine neue Familie für ihn.

Dieses hübsche Yorkshiremädchen heißt LUNA.

Tiene solamente año y medio, pero por problemas familiares ha entrado en Gran Canaria Pets.
She is only one and a half years old, but for family problems she made her entrance in Gran Canaria Pets.
Sie ist erst eineinhalb Jahre alt, aber wegen familiärer Probleme wurde sie bei Gran Canaria Pets abgegeben.



 En estos primeros dias está un poco a la defensiva con los otros perros de la casa de acogida, porque está acostumbrada a ser ella sola la reina de la casa.
In the first days in her foster home she was a little bit defensive with the other dogs, because she was used to be the queen of the house. 
Während ihrer ersten Tage in der Pflegestelle war sie gegenüber den anderen Hunden in der Defensive, denn sie war es gewöhnt die Prinzessin des Hauses zu sein.

 También está acostumbrada a hacer "sus cositas" en el periódico.
She is also used to do her "needs" on a newspaper. 
Außerdem war sie daran gewöhnt, ihr „Geschäft“ auf einer Zeitung zu verrichten.

Este precioso gato negro estaba en la calle abandonado maullando y gritando por el hambre que tenía.
This beautiful black cat was abandoned on the street meowing and screaming of hunger he had.
Dieser hübsche schwarze Kater war verlassen auf der Straße und miaute und jammerte vor Hunger.





Posiblemente había estado en una casa  y no sabía buscarse la vida el solo.
Likely he has been living in a home before and now he does not know how to survive on his own. 
Möglicherweise hatte er zuvor in einem Haus gelebt und wusste daher nicht, wie man alleine überlebt.

 

La persona que lo vió asi de desesperado lo llevó al veterinario y apenas pesaba un kilo de lo delgado que estaba.   Aparte de eso está bien de salud.   En un par de semanas en el veterinario ya ha alcanzado los 4 kilos y es un gato precioso y muy cariñoso, tiene dos años de edad.
The person who saw him hopeless like this took him to the veterinarian and he was only weighed one kilo, so thin he was. Besides that he is in good health. After being with the veterinarian a few weeks, he now weights 4 kilos and he is a handsome boy and very sweet, he is about two years old. 
Derjenige, der das verzweifelte Tier sah, brachte es zum Tierarzt. Dermaßen abgemagert, wie es war, wog es gerade mal ein Kilogramm! Abgesehen davon war er gesund. Nach einigen Wochen beim Tierarzt hat eer jetzt ein Gewicht von 4 kg erreicht. Er ist sehr hübsch und sehr liebevoll und ist 2 Jahre alt.

Pero no puede continuar ahí toda su vida, por lo que buscamos una casa para él donde no vuelva a pasar hambre.
But he can not stay there for the rest of his life, that is why we are looking for a home for him where he will be never hungry again. 
Aber er kann dort nicht für den Rest des Lebens bleiben, daher suchen wir für ihn ein Zuhause, wo er keinen Hunger leiden muss.

VALS: OTRO YORKSHIRE ABANDONADO, NUEVA ENTRADA - ANOTHER ABANDONED YORKSHIRE, NEW ENTRANCE - NOCH EIN AUSGESETZTER YORKSHIRE, NEUZUGANG

 Así encontramos a VALS este fin de semana, una noche debajo de las ruedas de un coche, en la zona de Valsequillo.  Tremendamente sucio, lleno de nudos, oliendo muy mal y muerto de hambre.

Like this we found VALS this weekend, one night under a car in a area in Valsequillo. Tremendously dirty, full of knots, smelling really bad, and starving to death.  

In diesem Zustand fanden wir dieses Wochenende VALS, eine Nacht unter einem Auto in der Gegend um Valsequillo. Unbeschreiblich dreckig, mit verfilztem Fell, fürchterlich stinkend und fast verhungert.

El lunes ya pasó por el veterinario y la peluquería, y debajo de toda esa porquería esto fue lo que nos encontramos, heridas y llagas que le llegan hasta el hueso.
On Monday he already went to the veterinarian and the groomer, and under all this dirt, this is what we found, wounds and sores up until the bones. 

Am Montag war er bereits beim Tierarzt und beim Hundefrisör und unter all dem Dreck kam das zum Vorschein: Wunden und Geschwüre bis auf die Knochen.

Ahora está con un tratamiento de antibióticos, y curas en sus heridas tres veces al día.
Now he is having an antibiotics treatment, and cures on his wounds 3 times a day. 
Nun wird er mit Antibiotika behandelt und seine Wunden werden 3x täglich versorgt.

 Debajo de toda esa suciedad descubrimos un pequeñin (solo pesa 3 kilos) aliviado de tanta suciedad, ahora su piel ya puede respirar y pronto se curará.
Under all this dirt we found a little handsome boy (only 3 kilos) relieved of so much dirt, now his skin can breathe and soon he will be cured. 
Unter Dreck und Wolle kam dieser kleine, nur 3 kg leichte Bursche zum Vorschein. Befreit von so viel Schmutz kann seine Haut atmen und bald ist er wieder topfit.

Es un perrito buenísimo, pues aguantó sin protestar las primeras curas e inyecciones. 

He is a very good dog, and without protesting he received his first cures and injections. 

Er ist ein sehr braver Hund und ertrug ohne Protest die ersten Behandlungen und Spritzen.

 Tiene unos 8 años y pronto lo vamos a operar porque tiene un testículo intrabdominal.  A la vez se castrará y se le hará una limpieza de boca.
He is about 8 years old and soon he will be operated because he has an intra-abdominal testicle. At the same time he will be castrated and his teeth will be cleaned.  
Er ist um die 8 Jahre alt und wird bald operiert, weil er einen intraabdominellen Hoden hat. Bei der Gelegenheit wird er gleich kastriert und seine Zähne werden gereinigt.

VALS ya se siente feliz de recibir tantos mimos y cuidados, y ya no se quiere separar de su mamá de acogida.
VALS is now feeling happy receiving so many cuddles and care that he does not want to be separated from his foster mammy.
VALS ist jetzt so glücklich, so viele Streicheleinheiten und Aufmerksamkeit zu bekommen, dass er seiner Pflegemama nicht mehr von der Seite weicht. 




Esperamos encontrar pronto una familia definitiva para él.
We hope to find soon a definitive family for him. 
Wir hoffen, dass wir bald eine endgültige Familie für ihn finden.

We present to you BUBA. She is a beautiful mix of a bulldog with West Highlander Terrier and Dalmatian....
Wir stellen Euch BUBA vor. Sie ist eine niedliche Mischung aus Bulldogge mit Westhighland Terrier und Dalmatiner.

 Es una perra realmente guapa. Tiene 3 años aproximadamente y está castrada.
She really is a beautiful dog, about 3 years old and is castrated. 
Sie ist ein richtig hübscher Hund, um die 3 Jahre alt und sterilisiert.

Cuando recogieron a BUBA tenia el pelo largo, estaba sucia y llena de mordiscos de otros perros.
When we took BUBA in she had long hair, very dirty and full of bites of other dogs. 
Als wir BUBA aufnahmen, hatte sie langes Fell, sehr verdreckt und voller Bissstellen durch andere Hunde.







Desde entonces está en casa de una adiestradora canina que la ha puesto así de guapa y nos dice que es   muy tranquila, sabe comportarse y quedarse sola. Muy cariñosa y muy sociable con las personas.

Now she is in the home of a dog-trainer who gave her this new pretty look and is telling us that she is very tranquil and knows how to be alone. Very sweet and sociable with people. 
Jetzt ist sie im Haus eine Hundetrainers, der ihr diesen schönen, neuen Look verpasste. Er berichtet uns, dass sie sehr ruhig ist, sich benimmt und problemlos alleine bleibt. Sehr lieb und verträglich mit Menschen.

 

Es una perra tranquila, pachorrona, perezosa y de movimientos lentos -excepto cuando juega-.  Se muestra muy mimosa, cariñosa, pero a la vez es independiente y acepta bien la ausencia del propietario.

She is a quiet and lazy dog with slow movements, except when she is playing. She is very cuddly, affectionate, but also independent and accepts well the absence of the owner. 

Sie ist ein ruhiger und fauler Hund mit langsamen Bewegungen – außer sie spielt. Sie ist verschmust, liebevoll, aber auch eigenständig und akzeptiert Herrchens/Frauchens Abwesenheit.

Le gustan los paseos tranquilos, dormir y morder sus huesitos y kongs, pero sobre todo descansar al lado del dueño y que la mimen. Como le gusta la vida sedentaria sería ideal que la adoptase una familia de costumbres caseras y tranquilas.

She likes quiet walks, sleeping and chew bones and kongs, but above all she loves to take a nap besides her owner. Because she likes to have a sedentary life, it would be ideal for her that a peaceful and custom family could adopt her.  
Sie mag ruhige Spaziergänge, schlafen und kauen an Knochen und Kong. Aber neben ihrem Besitzer zu liegen und gestreichelt zu werden liebt sie über alles. Weil sie ein entspanntes, ruhiges Leben bevorzugt, wäre sie für eine ruhige, häusliche Familie zum adoptieren ideal.

She is very obedient, comes when you call her, tolerates good the transport-box or room.

CARO: FELIZ EN LA NIEVE EN HOLANDA - HAPPY IN THE SNOW IN HOLLAND - GLÜCKLICH IM SCHNEE IN HOLLAND

                                                                                                 

                                                                                                                                                             

CARO era uno de los 30 perros rescatados de la perrera de Santa Brígida. Entró el 30 de noviembre 2011, pero ya estuvo en la perrera de Santa Brígida desde el mes de agosto 2011! El era el último en encontrar una familia, fuera de la isla. Tardó mucho... pero como pueden ver en los dos siguientes vídeos...valió la pena esperar tanto!

CARO was one of the 30 rescued dogs of the dog-pound Santa Brigida. He made his entrance on the 30th of November 2011, but he was already since August 2011 in the dog-pound Santa Brigida! He was the last one who found a family outside the Canary Island. He had to wait a long time..... but as you can see in the next videos..... it was worth it to wait so long!

CARO war einer der 30 geretteten Hunde aus dem Tierheim von Santa Brigida. Er kam am 30.November 2011 zu uns, war aber bereits seit August 2011 im Tierheim Santa Brigida! Er war der letzte, der eine Familie außerhalb Gran Canarias fand. Der Ärmste musste lange Zeit warten…. aber wie man in den folgenden Videos sehen kann….. das lange Warten hat sich gelohnt!

HEMOS ESTADO CON - WE HAVE BEEN WITH - WIR WAREN BEI: PIPA(AHORA ALBA)

 Esta perrita tan preciosa se adoptó hace unos meses aquí en la isla.  Antes se llamaba PIPI y PIPA, pero ahora se llama ALBA.
This pretty little girl got adopted a few months ago here on the island. Before she was called PIPI and PIPA, but now she is called ALBA. 
Diese hübsche Kleine wurde vor einigen Monaten hier auf der Insel adoptiert. Seinerzeit hiess sie PIPI und PIPA, aber jetzt wird sie ALBA genannt.

Esta semana hemos estado con ella y con su familia, Ana, Mariano y un precioso peludo de 4 patas con quien comparte su vida.
This week we have been with her and her family, Ana, Mariano and a handsome hairy 4 leg boy. 

Diese Woche waren wir bei ihr und ihrer Familie, Ana, Mariano und einem hübschen, haarigen 4-beinigen Burschen.

Pipa está muy cambiada y muy guapa.  Ya es una perra adulta, ya está esterilizada, y  se la ve feliz, aunque en medio de la calle y con los coches pasando no estaba muy relajada para dejarse hacer fotos.
Pipa is very changed and very pretty. She is now an adult dog, got sterilized and you can see she is happy, although in the middle of the street and with cars passing by, she was not that relaxed to take some pictures. 
Pipi hat sich stark verändert und ist bildhübsch. Sie ist erwachsen geworden, ist jetzt sterilisiert und wie man sehen kann, sehr glücklich. Mitten auf der Straße mit vorbeifahrenden Autos war sie bei den Aufnahmen nicht gerade entspannt.

Este hermoso perrito tiene un año (cumplido el 26 de diciembre) y es un mestizo de labrador.  Pesa 20 kilos.
This lovely dog is one years old (26th of december) and he is a labrador mix. He weights 20 kilos. 
Dieser wundervolle Labradormischling ist ein Jahr alt (26.Dezember) und wiegt 20 kg.

Su actual dueño, muy a su pesar, no puede hacerse cargo de el porque está muy enfermo y está  constantemente entrando y saliendo del hospital.
His actual owner, very reluctantly, is no longer able to take care of him because he is very ill and is constantly in and out of the hospital.
Sein derzeitiges Herrchen kann sich nicht länger um ihn kümmern, worüber er äußerst traurig ist, aber er ist sehr schwer erkrankt und hat dadurch ständig Krankenhausaufenthalte.

  Por lo que me he comprometido a ayudarle a buscarle un nuevo hogar. Es un perro muy sociable, solo quiere jugar, estar con gente, se lleva bien con otros perros, niños... es muy sociable.
So we promised to help to find a new home for him. He is a very social dog, only wants to play, be with people, goes along well with other dogs, kids...... is very sociable. 
Daher haben wir ihm versprochen, ein neues Zuhause für ihn zu finden. Er ist ein sehr umgänglicher Hund, möchte am liebsten immer spielen, mit Menschen zusammen sein, verträgt sich super mit anderen Hunden und auch Kindern….. rundum gesellig.

COCO: NECESITA UNA NUEVA FAMILIA - NEEDS A NEW FAMILY - BRAUCHT NEUE FAMILIE

Así de precioso era COCO cuando era un cachorrito.

So niedlich war COCO als Welpe.

Ahora ya tiene 9 meses  y sigue siendo precioso, pero su familia piensa que ha crecido demasiado y quieren regalarlo.
Now he is 9 months old and he continues to be cute, but his family thinks he has grown to much and they want to give him away. 
Jetzt ist er 9 Monate alt, immer noch niedlich, aber seine Familie meint dass er zu groß geworden ist und will ihn los werden.

 Ahora pesa 7 kilos, de carácter es muy sociable, y como es muy joven le encanta  jugar con los niños, con los perros, con quien sea.
Now he weights 7 kilos, has a very sociable character and because he still very young, he loves to play with the kids, other dogs, with anybody. 
Er wiegt nun 7 kg, hat einen sehr umgänglichen Charakter, und weil er noch sehr jung ist, liebt er es mit Kindern, anderen Hunden, einfach mit jedem zu spielen.

Buscamos una nueva familia para él que lo quiera para siempre.
We are looking for a new family for him who wants to keep him forever.
