STARLIGHT (LILLY): FINAL FELIZ - HAPPY END

Así de guapa y feliz está ahora STARLIGHT ! Ella se llama ahora LILLY ! Su nueva familia está muy feliz con ella, la hija de 10 años encontró una gran amiga en ella y son inseparables. Es una perra alegre, cariñosa , una perra de familia!!!! Gracias por las fotos y los saludos !
Pretty and happy like this is STARLIGHT now! She is now called LILLY! Her new family is very happy with her, the 10 years old daughter found a big friend in her and they are inseparables. She is a very happy dog, loving, a real family dog!!!! Thank you for the pictures and greetings!
Hübsch und glücklich wie das ist STARLIGHT jetzt! Sie heißt jetzt LILLY! Ihre neue Familie ist sehr glücklich mit ihr, die 10-jährige Tochter fand ein großer Freundin in ihr und sie sind Untrennbar. BRANDY , NUEVA ENTRADA EN GCP! - NEW ENTRANCE - NEUES EINGANG

 Este es BRANDY, un perrito de unos 7 meses. Hasta ahora solo conocía la azotea de su familia. Ellos nos pidieron ayuda por no tener mucho tiempo para él y la hija es alérgica. Lo encontraron a él en la calle y llevaba alredor de un mes con ellos.
 BRANDY ya pasó por el veterinario y tiene todas su vacunas, dentro de poco también pasará de nuevo por allí para ser castrado.
Todavía necesita aprender a pasear con correa, hacer sus necesidades fuera de la casa y socializarse un poco con otros animales. En su casa de acogida ya ellos lo están ayudando!
This is BRANDY, a little dog, about 7 months old. Until now he only knew the roof-terrace of his family. They asked us for help, because they had not much time for him and the daughter is allergic. They found him on the street about one month ago. 
BRANDY already went to the veterinarian and has now all his vaccines, soon he will go again to be castrated. He still needs to learn to walk on a leash, to do his needs outside and being socialized a little bit with other animals. In his foster home the other animals are helping him!
Dies ist BRANDY, ein kleiner Hund, ca. 7 Monate alt. Bis jetzt kannte nur die Dachterrasse von seiner Familie. Sie fragten uns um Hilfe, weil sie nicht viel Zeit für ihn hatte und die Tochter ist allergisch. Sie fanden ihn auf der Straße vor etwa einem Monat.
BRANDY ging schon zum Tierarzt und hat nun alle seine Impfungen, bald wird er wieder gehen, um kastriert zu werden. Er muss noch lernen, an der Leine zu gehen, um seine Bedürfnisse draußen zu tun und muss noch ein wenig sozialisiert werden mit anderen Tieren. In seiner Pflegestelle helfen die anderen Tiere ihm!

Gracias a Michaela, Frank, Annegret y Martin, nuestros (M)Padrinos de vuelo, viajaron hoy lunes 5 perros a su nuevo futuro!!
Y l@s afortunad@s fueron : MARA ( la mamá de los 3 cachorros) que su dueño no podía tener mas, PLATERO, abandonado en la calle, BODO y BONO, dejados en una caja de tomates al lado de los contenedores de la basura  y PIQUI , abandonado en la calle de Puerto Rico.
Thanks to Michaela, Frank, Annegret and Martin, our flight attendants, travelled today, Monday, 5 dogs to their new future!
And the lucky ones were: MARA (the mammy of the 3 puppies) her owner could not keep her any more, PLATERO, abandoned on the street, BODO and BONO, left in a tomato-box beside the garbage-containers, and PIQUI abandoned on the street in Puerto Rico. 
Dank an Michaela, Frank, Annegret und Martin, unsere Flugbegleitern, reiste heute, Montag, 5 Hunde zu ihrem neuen Zukunft!
Und die Glücklichen waren: MARA (die Mama der 3 Welpen) ihre Besitzerin konnte sie nicht mehr halten, PLATERO, auf der Straße verlassen, BODO und BONO, in einer Tomaten-Kästchen neben den Müllcontainern verlassen, und PIQUI auf der Straße verlassen  in Puerto Rico.

 Gloria tuvo a los 4 primeros en acogida en su casa! Gracias Gloria y Tito por abrir siempre vuestra puerta para cuidar a los perros abandonados.
The first 4 were in fostering in Gloria`s home! Thanks Gloria and Tito for always opening your door to take care of the abandoned dogs.
Die ersten 4 waren bei Gloria Zuhause in der Förderung! Danke Gloria und Tito für immer ihr Tür zu Öffnen, im sich um die herrenlosen Hunde zu kümmern.

Y Piqui llevaba ya varios meses en la perrera donde tenía sus paseos y mimos de los voluntarios....pero el resto del día encerrado en una jaula muy pequeña!
Gracias a Anita que encontró para el una familia en Alemania.
And Piqui was already for several months in the dog-pound where he had his walks and pampering from the volunteers..... but the rest of day locked up in a very small cage!

Thanks to Anita who found him a family in Germany.
Und Piqui war bereits seit mehreren Monaten in das Tierheim, wo er seine Spaziergänge und verwöhnen von den Freiwilligen bekam..... aber der Rest des Tages eingesperrt in einem sehr kleinen Zwinger!

DONACIÓN DE - DONATION OF - SPENDE VON: FRAUKE

FRAUKE nos escribió un mail diciendo que estaba en la isla y quería ayudar. Así la invitamos a venir hoy para ayudar en la perrera de Puerto Rico. Gracias FRAUKE por la donación ! La comida la hemos llevado a las casas de acogida y las golosinas y huesitos los hemos repartidos a los perros de la perrera!
FRAUKE wrote us an email telling us that she was on the island and she wanted to help. So we invited her to come and help in the dog-pound in Puerto Rico. Thank you FRAUKE for the donation! The food we took the foster homes and the treats and bones we gave to the dogs in the dog-pound!
FRAUKE schrieb uns eine E-Mail und sagte uns, dass sie auf der Insel ist und sie wollte helfen. So wie haben sie eingeladen um uns zu helfen in dass Tierheim in Puerto Rico. Danke FRAUKE für die Spende! Die Nahrung nahmen wir nach die Pflegestelle und die Leckereien und Knochen haben wir an die Hunde in dass Tierheim gegeben!

ANA , FINAL FELIZ - HAPPY END

 ANA  se llama ahora TRIXI y desde que está con su nueva familia les robó el corazón y el de los amigos! Viven un poco fuera de la ciudad, donde tienen mucho espacio para jugar y correr ! El hobby que mas le gusta! Es muy cariñosa con todos y también con sus nuevos amigos, los niños! Es una perrita muy alegre y le encanta aprender. Solo quedarse un ratito sola es lo que le están enseñando todavía , pq con eso no está nada contenta!

ANA is now called TRIXI and since she is with her new family she stole their hearts as well from their friends! They are living a bit away from the city, where they have a lot of space where she can run and play! She is very sweet with all and as well with her new friends, the children! She is a very happy dog and she loves to learn. Just to stay alone on her own sometimes is what they are still teaching her, because that she does not like at all!

ANA heißt jetzt Trixi und seit sie mit ihrer neuen Familie ist, hat sie ihren Herzen gestohlen und auch von ihren Freunden! Sie leben ein bisschen weg von der Stadt, wo sie viel Platz haben, wo sie rennen und spielen kann! Sie ist sehr süß mit allen und auch mit ihren neuen Freunden, die Kinder! Sie ist ein sehr glücklicher Hündin und sie liebt es zu lernen. Nur um allein auf ihren eigenen zu bleiben manchmal, das ist was sie sie noch lehren, denn das mag sie nicht an allen!

COTTON Y CAFE- YA ESTAN EN GRAN CANARIA PETS LOS DOS PERROS DE LA CALLE !!! - THE DOGS WHO WERE ON THE STREET ARE NOW WITH GCP!!! - DIE 2 HUNDE DIE AUF DER STRAßE WAREN SIND JETZT BEI GCP !!!!

 Esta es una de las fotos que nos envió Elizabeth de dos perros que estaban abandonados  en la calle.  Ella les daba de comer, pero no tenía donde meterlos (........tiene 9 mas recogidos)
This is one of the pictures which Elizabeth did send of the two dogs who were abandoned on the street. She was feeding them, but she had no space to put them (....... she has already 9 collected dogs)
Dies ist eines der Bilder, die Elizabeth uns geschickt hat von der zwei Hunde, die auf der Straße verlassen wurden. Sie fütterte sie, aber sie hatte keinen Platz, wo sie zu setzen (....... sie hat bereits 9 gesammelten Hunde)

 Nuestras casas de acogida siempre están llenas.............pero hicimos un esfuerzo mas para que no pasasen ni un noche mas a la intemperie.
Our foster homes are always full............ but we made an effort more that they not pass one more night outdoors. 
Unsere Pflegestellen sind immer voll ............ aber wir haben uns nochmals bemüht, dass sie nicht eine weitere Nacht draußen passieren müssen.

 Son muy buenos, cuando llegaron a la casa de acogida estaban muy tímidos y temerosos.  No se separaban el uno del otro.
They are very good, when they arrived to the foster home they were very shy and fearful. They do not separate from each other.
Sie sind sehr gut, wenn sie in die Pflegestelle ankamen waren sie sehr schüchtern und ängstlich. Sie trennen sich nicht voneinander.

Ya llevan unos días en su casa de acogida y siguen siendo muy tímidos.   Pero les encanta una colchoneta o una cama llena de mantitas................ 

They are now for a few days in their foster home and they continue to be very shy. But they love a mat or a bed filled with blankets.  

Sie sind jetzt für ein paar Tage in ihrer Pflegestelle, und sie sind weiterhin sehr scheu. Aber sie lieben, eine Matte oder ein Bett mit Decken gefüllt.

Son preciosos y muy buenos.  Tienen un tamaño medio, 13 k.
Los nombres, COTTON, el blanco y CAFE el marrón.
They are beautiful and very good. They are mid-size, 13 kilos. 
The white with black spots we named COTTON, and the brown one we named CAFE.
Sie sind schön und sehr gut. Sie sind mittelgroße, 13 Kilo.
Der weiß mit schwarzen Flecken nannten wir COTTON und der braune nannten wir CAFE.

YOGUI: YA NO VA A BAÑADEROS, YA ESTA EN GCP- IS NOT GOING TO BAÑADEROS, HE IS NOW WITH US - GEHT NICHT ZU BAÑADERPS, ER IST JETZT BEI UNS

Recuerdan a YOGUI, que sus dueños lo iban a llevar a Bañaderos????
Do you remember YOGUI, his owners wanted to take him to the dog-pound Bañaderos????
Erinnern Sie sich an YOGUI, seine Besitzer wollten ihn zum Tötungsstation Bañaderos bringen?? 

Bueno, hablamos con los dueños, le llevamos pienso y medicación y conseguimos que lo mantuviesen unas semanas hasta que hubiese un hueco en una casa de acogida de Gran Canaria Pets.
Well, we went to speak with the owners, we brought food and medication and we convinced them to maintain him for a few weeks until we had space in one of our foster homes. 
Nun wir gingen mit den Eigentümern sprechen, wir brachten Lebensmittel und Medikamente und wir haben sie überzeugt, ihn für ein paar Wochen zu halten, bis wir Platz hatten in einer unserer Pflegestellen. 

Y ese momento ya ha llegado.  YOGUI ya está con nosotros.YOGUI está salvado.
And that moment came. YOGUI is now with us, he is now safe. 
 Und dieser Moment kam. YOGUI ist jetzt bei uns, er ist jetzt sicher.

Su dueño no lo sacaba a la calle, por lo que estaba siempre en el piso, sin ver a mas gente.
His owner did not take him out on the street, he was always inside the house, without seeing any people. 
Sein Besitzer hat ihn nicht mitgenommen auf der Straße um zu spazieren, er war immer im Haus, ohne Menschen zu sehen. 

El cambio de casa fué traumático.  Su paso por el veterinario también, tiene mucho miedo, pero con paciencia, su mamá de acogida ya ha conseguido que YOGUI juegue, y se le pega pidiéndole  caricias y cariño.
Changing house was traumatic for him. As well going to the veterinarian, he is really afraid, but with patience, his foster mammy already managed him to play, and he is asking caresses and affection. 
Haus ändern war traumatisch für ihn. Genau so um zum Tierarzt zu gehen, er ist wirklich Ängstlich, aber mit Geduld, seine Pflegemutter hat es bereits geschafft, um zu spielen, und er fragt, Zärtlichkeiten und Zuneigung.

Con los otros perros es muy sociable, pero todavía va a ser necesario un proceso de socialización con los humanos, para pasear por la calle y recibir visitas en la casa.
With other dogs he is very sociable, but he still needs a process of socialization with humans, walking on the street and receive visits at the house. 
Mit anderen Hunden ist er sehr Sozial, aber er braucht noch ein Prozess der Sozialisation mit Menschen, spazieren auf die Straße und Besucher empfangen am Haus.

DAKOTA, RESCATADA DE BAÑADEROS - RESCUED FROM BAÑADEROS - VON BAÑADEROS GERETTET

We received an email from Anita who rescued DAKOTA from the dog-pound Bañaderos when they wanted to bring her in.: Wir bekamen eine E-Mail von Anita, die DAKOTA rettete von dass Tötungsstation Bañaderos wenn sie ihr hinein bringen wollte:

HOLA! Les presento a Dakota! Nuestros caminos se cruzaron en las puertas del albergue de Bañaderos cuando iban a abandonarla... Yo no pude permitirlo, Dakota a pesar de ser jovén, cojea de una pata (porque la atropelló un coche y nadie la cuidó correctamente, ahora ya está en tratamiento y el veterinario dice que se recuperará) y además es mestiza de Stafford, su destino iba a ser un sacrificio seguro.
HELLO! I present to you Dakota! Our paths crossed at the doors of the dog-pound Bañaderos when they were going to abandon her...... I could not allow that, Dakota to start with is still very young, she was limping with her leg (because she was hit by a car and nobody took care of her correctly, now she is in treatment and the veterinarian said that she will recover) and besides that she is a Stafford Mix, her destiny was to be sacrificed, for sure!
HALLO! Ich Präsentiere euch Dakota! Unsere Wege kreuzten sich an den Türen der Tötungsstation Bañaderos, wenn sie im Begriff waren, sie zu verlassen ......Ich konnte das nicht zulassen, Dakota, mit zu beginnen ist noch sehr jung, war sie mit ihrem Bein hinkend (weil sie von einem Auto angefahren wurde und niemand kümmerte sich richtig um sie, jetzt ist sie in Behandlung und der Tierarzt sagte, dass sie sich erholen wird) und außerdem, dass sie ein Stafford-Mix, ihr Schicksal war, um sicher eingeschläfert zu werden!

Es una perra buenísima, tranquila y a la vez juguetona porque aun es joven, se le calcula que tendrá entre 2 y 3 años. Es de tamaño mediano-grande, pesa aproximadamente 25 kilos.
Ella lo único que pide son mimos, a la mínima se te pone arriba para que le rasques la barriguita… En serio, es una perra que está deseando dar todo su amor! 
She is a lovely, good and relax dog, sometimes very playful because she is still young, probably about 2 to 3 years. She is mid-size, weighs about 25 kilos. 
The only thing she is asking for are cuddles and she loves its when her tummy is scratch...... Seriously, she is a dog who is willing to give you all her love! 
Sie ist eine schöne, gute und entspannende Hündin, manchmal sehr verspielt, weil sie noch jung ist, wahrscheinlich etwa 2 bis 3 Jahren. Sie ist Mitte-Größe, wiegt etwa 25 Kilo. 
Das einzige, was sie verlangt sind Streicheileinheiten und sie liebt es, wenn ihr Bauch gekratzt werde ...... Im Ernst, sie ist eine Hündin, der bereit ist, Ihnen ihre ganze Liebe zu geben!

SCOTTY ( LILLY ) FINAL FELIZ - HAPPY END

 Y así de guapa está ahora SCOTTY!! Ella se llama ahora LILLY y su familia han tenido muchísima paciencia con ella! Aquí en canarias LILLY se portó muy bien....pero una vez en Alemania ha puesto de nervios a toda la familia! No era nada obediente, dejaba su pipí en todos los sitios de la casa.... hasta en la cama!! Pero con ayuda de profesionales, paciencia y muchísimo amor, ya lograron que LILLY cambiase! Salir en el coche no le gusta mucho todavía, ni cuando viene visita! Pero aprendió que ella NO es la jefa !

Dentro de poco van a cambiar de domicilio, y va a tener una casa con propio jardín donde puede correr y jugar!

Gracias Fam.F. por tener tanta paciencia con LILLY!

And pretty like this looks SCOTTY now!! She is now called LILLY and her family had a lot of patience with her. Here in Canaries LILLY behaved very well.... but once in Germany she got very nervous with the whole family! She was not obedient at all, left pee`s in all places...... even in bed!! But with the help from professionals, patience and a lot of love, they achieved that LILLY changed! Going for a ride in the car she still does not like a lot, also not when people come to visit! But she learned that she is NOT the boss!

Shortly they will change house, and she is going to have her own garden where she can play and run!

Thank you family F. for having so much patience with LILLY! 

Und so hübsch sieht SCOTTY jetzt aus! Sie heißt jetzt LILLY und ihre Familie hatte viel Geduld mit ihr. Hier in Kanaren verhielt LILLY sich sehr gut .... aber einmal in Deutschland bekam sie sehr nervös, mit der ganzen Familie! Sie war überhaupt nicht gehorsam, machte pipi  überall ...... sogar im Bett! Aber mit der Hilfe von Profis, Geduld und viel Liebe, erreicht sie, dass LILLY änderte! Für eine Fahrt im Auto gehen mag sie immer noch nicht viel, auch nicht, wenn Leute zu Besuch kommen! Aber sie erfuhr, dass sie NICHT der Boss ist!

Kurz werden sie von Haus umziehen, und dort soll sie ihrem eigenen Garten haben, wo sie spielen und laufen kann!
