Este es un caso terrible. Nos avisaron que una mujer que vive en el campo, fue a una tienda para comprar veneno para matar los 4 cachorros de su perra que había parido ya hace 5 meses.
La convencieron que había otras soluciones, que iban a hablar con una protectora para que le retirasen los perritos. Y así fue. Nos pusimos en contacto con ella y le dijimos que se los recogíamos el lunes, pero también a la mamá.
Cuando unas voluntarias de Gran Canaria Pets llegaron a la casa, se encontraron que uno de los cachorros ya estaba muerto y su cuerpo tirado en el campo. Los otros tres salieron corriendo por el campo en direcciones opuestas. Después de toda la tarde angustiadas buscándolos pudieron recuperar a dos, y a la madre, pero la perrita que faltaba fue imposible encontrarla. Han pasado dos días y sigue sin aparecer.
La mami y los dos niños ya están a salvo en Gran Canaria Pets, pero nos queda la pena de la perrita perdida......
La familia fue directa al veterinario, donde comprobamos que estaban practicamente comidos de garrapatas y pulgas. La mesa se lleno de garrapatas nada mas colocarlos ahí. No se les pudo vacunar hasta que se repongan un poco. Forman una peña que se protegen mutuamente. Son un amor. Necesitan cariño y cuidados que no han tenido nunca....pero ahora si que los van a tener. La mamá es muy joven, 1 añito, y los bebés 5 meses. Se llaman Évora, Machu y Pichu.
This case is terrible. They warned us that one woman who is living in the field, went to a store to buy poison to kill 4 puppies of her dog, which were born 5 months ago.
They convinced her that there are other solutions, they were going to speak with an animal protector to take away the puppies. And so it went. We contacted her and we told her that on Monday we would collect the puppies, but also the mammy.
When some volunteers from GCP arrived at the house, they found one puppy dead and he was thrown in the field. The other 3 ran into the field in opposite directions. After distressed searching all afternoon, were able to recover two, and the mammy, but the little girl who was missing, was impossible to find. 2 days past by and there is still no sign of her.
The mammy and the 2 boys are now safe and with GCP, but we still have pain about the missing girl.....
The family went directly to the veterinarian, where we found out that they practically have been eaten by ticks and fleas. It is not possible to vaccinate them until they are recovered a little.
They are all love. They need love and care which they never had before..... but they will have now. The mammy is still very young, 1 year, and the puppies are 5 months old. We named them Evora, Machu and Pichu.

Als einige Freiwillige von GCP das Haus erreicht haben, haben sie einen jungen Hund tot gefunden, und er war im Feld geworfen. Die anderen 3 liefen das Feld in entgegengesetzte Richtungen. Nach verzweifelt Suche die ganzen Nachmittag, konnten wir zwei erholen, und die Mama, aber das kleine Mädchen, das fehlte, war unmöglich zu finden. 2 Tage sind vergangen, und es gibt immer noch kein Zeichen von ihr.
Die Mami und die 2 Jungen sind jetzt sicher und mit GCP, aber wir haben noch Schmerz um das fehlende Mädchen. ....
Die Familie ging direkt zum Tierarzt, wo wir herausgefunden haben, dass sie praktisch durch Zecken und Flöhe gegessen worden sind. Es ist nicht möglich, sie zu impfen, bis sie sich ein wenig erholt haben.
Sie sind alle Liebe. Sie brauchen Liebe und Fürsorge, die sie nie vorher gehabt haben. .... aber das werden sie jetzt haben. Die Mama ist noch sehr jung, 1 Jahr, und die Welpen sind 5 Monate alt. Wir nannten sie Evora und Machu Pichu.
