On the November the 30th 2011 the dog-pound Santa Brigida closed and he was one of the 30 dogs we rescued!

But most of them had to go to the dog-pound Puerto Rico, who opened their doors to save them all.

Muy pronto tuvimos las primeras salidas y enseguida conseguimos familia para todos, .......pero nadie se interesó por por CARO!
Very soon we had the first departures and immediately we found family`s for all, ...... but nobody was interested in CARO!

His heart-worm test came out positive and he had to go trough this so hard treatment!
Sein Herzwurmtest fiel positiv aus und er musste die Tortur der Behandlung durchstehen!

He cured from the heart-worm and a few months later he got castrated.
Er erholte sich vom Herzwurm und wurde einige Monate später kastriert.
CARO is a very sociable dog and thanks to your help he could go back to the dog-pound Puerto Rico and he adapted his new life behind bars!
CARO ist ein sehr geselliger Hund und Dank eurer Hilfe konnte er ins Tierheim Puerto Rico zurückkehren, wo er sich an sein neues Leben hinter Gittern eingewöhnte.
En la hora de recreo mantuvo siempre la felicidad y tranquilidad para todos.

Today it was time to say goodbye to him....... he went into the car as it was nothing and in his transport-box.... relaxed as always.
Heute kam die Stunde des Abschieds…. er stieg ins Auto als wenn das völlig normal wäre und in die Transportbox….. wie immer völlig entspannt.

Sylvia, volunteer of the dog-pound Mogan/Puerto Rico travelled this afternoon to Holland, taking 4 dogs with her (Melo, Cristy, Cooky and Caro)! Some of them will go in fostering with the animal protector ALLEHONDENEENBAAS (www.allehondeneenbaas.nl)
