She is very good and attentive to everything.  
Sie ist sehr gut und aufmerksam auf alles.

Tambien la patita esta bastante mejor y para ella no es ningun molestia.
Also her leg is a lot better and is not molesting for her at all. 
Auch ihr Bein ist viel besser und ist überhaupt kein Hindernis für sie.
