!! QUE HORROR - WAS FUER EIN HORROR - HOW AWFUL !!

Otra vez casos extremos en los campos. En un barranco de Telde una persona encontró a estos dos pobres, madre e hijo.
Unas chicas los acogieron y Gran Canaria Pets se está haciendo cargo de todos los gastos y tratamiento.
Ya han pasado por el veterinario y después de analíticas, test y raspado y cultivo, se ve que tienen  sarna demodexica en un grado sumo que les cubre todo el cuerpo, no tienen pelo y nada mas tocar la piel empieza a sangrar.   También están descalcificados, anémicos, y muy delgados.
La madre es joven, unos 2 años, pero se ve que ha parido varias veces, y el cachorro unos 5 meses.  Son muy buenos y se dejan hacer todas las curas y pruebas sin moverse.
Estamos seguros que van a salir adelante y en poco tiempo empezarán a ponerse muy guapos.
No podemos entender como el dueño de estos perros ha dejado que llegasen a este extremo, pero tienen los animales como si fuesen un saco de papas, mientras están bien y puede hacer negocios con ellos los mantienen, y  cuando empiezan a estar mal tiran el saco al barranco !!!!

Wieder extremen Fällen auf Gran Canaria ! Beiden werden gefuenden im einer Schlucht nicht weit von Las Palmas ( Telde) Mutter und Kind ( Ruede) . Einige Maedchen haben die aufgenommen und Gran Canaria Pets kuemmert sich um alle Kosten und Behandlung! Beiden sind schoen Untersucht werden durch unserem Tierartz, Analyse, Test, schaben , usw sind gemacht werden.
Beiden haben in einem hohen Mass, Demodexica Krätze ueber dass ganze Koerper und haben auch keine Haare mehr. Nuer mit beruehren von Haut fangt die schoen an zu Bluten. Ausserdem haben Beiden auch Kalkmangel, sind Anaemisch und sehr Dunn. Die Mutter ist ungefehr 2 Jahren alt, aber es ist zu sehe dass Sie schoe verschiedene mahle Welpen bekommen hatt. Die Welpe ist ungefehr 5 Monaten alt. Beiden waren sehr lieb und ruehig wenn Sie beim Tierartz waeren. Wir sind sicher dass beiden wieder Gesuend und Gluecklich werden und sind schoen mit die Behandlung angefangen.
Wir koennen nicht verstehen dass die Besitzer von diese beiden Sie nicht behandelt hatte, aber haben Huenden ob es einen Sack Kartoffeln wäre und solange Sie mit die Tieren Geld verdienen koennen Sie behalten und sofort da Krankheit oder Problemen kommen die wegschmeissen wie Mull!

Another extreme case on Gran Canaria! Both are found in a ravine not far from Las Palmas (Telde) mother and child (male ). Some girls took them home and  Gran Canaria Pets takes care of all costs and treatment! Both have visit the veterinary already , analysis, test, cockroach, etc. They have in a high degree, Demodexica scabies over the whole body and  also they have no more hair. Only with touch the skin starts  to bleed. They  have also lime deficiency, are anemic and very thin. The mother is about 2 years old, but it is to see that she had more litters. The puppy is about 5 months old. Both were very kind and sweet during the time of examination . We are sure that both will be healthy again and happy and we started the treatment already.
We still can not understand that the owner of these two did not treated them, they use them if it would be a sack of potatoes and as long as they can make money with the animals they keep them and as soon as illness or problems come in, they throw them away like trash!

SALIDA DE SUDAN, GAMBIA, CHITO Y CREOL - ABFLUG - DEPARTURE

Hoy viajaron a Alemania 4 de nuestros perros.
Los cachorritos SUDAN y GAMBIA, encontrados en un contenedor de basura en Artenara, y CHITO y CREOL, retirados de una perrera municipal. Ahora les espera una vida feliz con sus nuevas familias.
Los 4 iban bien abrigaditos para el viaje.  Nos han informado que llegaron muy bien !

Heute sind 4 von unseren "Schutzlingen" nach Deutschland geflogen.
Die Welpen Gambia und Sudan, beide gefuenden werden beim Müll und Chito und Creol die wir beiden aus einen Toetungsstation mitgenommen haben.
Jetzt wartet auf diese 4 ein neues und gluckliches Leben im Familie!

Today 4 of our dogs left for Germany.
The pup`pies Gambia and Sudan who were found near the trash and Creol and Chito, both we could rescue from a public shelter.

SHIRO NECESITA FAMILIA -SUCHT EINE FAMILIE - LOOKING FOR ADOPTION

Nos piden ayuda para este perro que conocimos en la Feria de mascotas de Maspalomas. Es un perro precioso y muy bueno. Se busca familia para él.

Esta es su historia:

Shiro es un pastor garafiano de 5 años que nos llegó a la clínica veterinaria con la pata trasera derecha destrozada porque le había faltado el riego por compresión con una cadena que se le enredó, estuvimos un mes trabajando con él pero el propietario se cansó y dijo que quería eutanasiarlo ya que no quería más gastos. En ese momento nosotros nos negamos y le ofrecimos cambiarlo de propietario y así fue, desde entonces, hace 6 meses, está con nosotros, llevamos todo este tiempo haciéndole curas y tratamientos ya que las heridas eran extensas y las toxinas liberadas por las lesiones de la pata le dañaron el hígado aunque ahora esta prácticamente recuperado.

En la pata las lesiones eran extensas y costó sacarlo adelante porque mientras estaba con el antiguo propietario no lo vigilaban en casa y llego a arrancarse los dedos.

Actualmente la pata es funcional, puede caminar y correr con el muñón que le ha quedado aunque siempre hay que tener cuidado con el terreno en el que esté para que no se vuelva a lesionar.

Por ahora Shiro está en un pequeño estudio en una azotea y nos turnamos 4 personas para ir varias veces al día a verlo, hacerle las curas, sacarlo y acostumbrarlo a estar con otros perros y niños y atenderlo en general pero Shiro se merece estar en una casa en la que puedan darle cariño 24h al día.

SHIRO lebt seit Monaten im einen kleines Studio apartament.Er ist 5 Jahren alt und ist eine Pastor Garafiano . Er ist uebernommen werden durch verschiedene Tieraerzten weil seine Besitzer koennte und wollte im nicht weiter behandeln lassen. Shiro vermisst eine seine Hinterbein einige  Zehen aber er kann ganz normal leben, obwohl wegen seine Behinderung es besser ist dass er nicht auf  felsigen Gelände laufen soll. Er sucht dringend ein Zuhause.

SHIRO is a 5 year old Pastor garafiano. He is living now for months in a very small appartement while his owner did not wanted to take care any longer of him. He lost some toes from one of his legs but he can have a very normal life now thanks to the care and cures of the veterinary.
Only due to this small handicap he is not allowed to walk on rocky grounds. He urgently needs a home!

Se llama CAPRICHO y tiene una historia triste como  casi todos los perros abandonados.

Fue encontrado siendo cachorro en una carretera por una chica   con su madre y hermanos. 

Acababan de atropellar a uno de los cachorros y estaba allí muerto.  La chica los quiso coger, pero se escaparon con la madre y solamente consiguió coger a uno.   A Capricho.  Lo ha cuidado y ha buscado familia para él, pero no ha conseguido nada.  Nos ha pedido ayuda para él.  Está vacunado y castrado.  Tiene año y medio, muy cariñoso con las personas, aunque es algo tímido al principio, pero enseguida se le pasa. Es muy obediente y se lleva bien con otros perros. 

Diese Ruede wenn er noch eine Welpe war. Er war auf der Strasse zusammen mit seine Muetter und Geschwistern wovon ein gerade ueberfahren werden war. Sie koennte nuer Capricho einfangen, weil die Muetter und andere weggelaufen sind.Seitdem hatt Sie ihm versorgt und probiert ihm eine Familie zu finden. Leider hatt er noch immer kein Zuhause und wir publizieren ihm und hoffe so findet er irgendwo eine familie! Er ist jetzt 1,5 jahre alt, sehr lieb und etwass zurueckhaltend bei Fremden . Auch versteht er sehr gut mir andere Huenden.

This male dog were found when he still was a puppy. A girl found him on the street together with his mother and more brothers and sisters, one wass just runover by a car. She could only catch him, the rest of the family run away. She take care of him since than, but is still looking for a family for him. He is now 1,5 year old, very friendly and goes on very well with other dogs.

GUAPO ENTRA EN GCPETS - NEUZUGANG - NEW ENTRANCE

Lo retiramos de una perrera municipal.  Es casi un cachorro, muy alegre y que salta sobre todos para jugar, quizás por eso otros perros le mordieron.  Le dejaron la pata destrozada con unas heridas muy graves.  El hueso al aire, el veterinario tiene que hacer curas diarias para evitar infecciones.  Todavía no ha salido del peligro, va mucho mejor, pero la curación es larga.
A pesar de todo lo que ha pasado no ha perdido la alegría.  Es un perro encantador y se siente feliz de que se ocupen de él y le hagan caso.
Le hemos puesto de nombre GUAPO, porque lo es !!!!


 Wir haben ihm aus eine Toetungsstation gerettet. Er ist eigentlich noch eine Welpe, Lieb, Verspielt und Springt auf jeder zum spielen. Vielleicht ist es darum dass er sehr gebissen werden ist durch einige Huenden. Seine Verletzungen waren sehr Gross und sein Bein war am schlimmste. Ein Monat ist jetzt bald vorbei und er muess noch jeder Tag zum Tierkliniek fuer Versorgung von seine Wuenden.
Teilweiss liegt seine Knochen am Bein offen und dass Risiko fuer Entzundung ist immer noch nicht vorbei.
Aber er ist noch immer sso freundlich und froh wie vorher, obwohl mit fremde Huenden ist er etwass vorsichtig am moment. Auf seine Pflegestelle ist er Ruehig, lauft gut an die Leine mit und ist Stubenrein.
Er liebt es gestreichelt zu werden und wir haben ihm die Nahme GUAPO gegeben.

We rescueted him from a public shelter. He is still a puppy and full of energy for playing. He loves to jump on other dogs for a play and maybe due to this he wass bitten very much by several dogs. His wounds are very big, and after one month of daily cures part of his bones are still laying open.
The risk of infection is still there but we hope this will be cured within one month more.
He is very friendly and calm at his fosterhime, walks well on the leash although he now is more carefull aproaching other dogs. He loves to be pampered and we gave him the name GUAPO
