DALIA llegó a Gran Canaria Pets en el mes de septiembre de 2014 ! Ella no tenía casa ni familia y desde su nacimiento vivió en el campo. Con el tiempo se acercaba a una señora que tenía mas perritos para pedir comida. No era un lugar seguro, una casa en el campo sin valla. Además Dalia cayó en celo y fue cogida por varios machos. Así nos pidieron ayuda y lo primero fue para esterilizarla para que si quedaba embarazada ( ella llegó todavía con el celo) no nacieran mas cachorros! Dalia era muy miedosa.... las personas, la calle, los ruidos, los niños......
Su test de Filaria dió negativo y también la hemos tratado. Ahora está completamente sana, vacunada, esterilizada, pero su temor no desaparece! Al principio también tenía mucho miedo en la casa de acogida, pero poco a poco comenzó a tener mas confianza. Las 4 salidas a la calle eran una obra de terror cada día, hasta hoy en día. Ella necesitaba una familia con casa y jardín, con mas perros si era posible porque a Dalia le encanta jugar y correr con otros perros. Y.... aunque pasaron muchos meses, llegó una familia para ella en la que tenemos toda la confianza de que con mucho amor y paciencia pueden dar la felicidad a Dalia. Gracias a nuestra madrina de vuelo Sandra hoy Dalia pudo salir a encontrarse con su nueva familia. Gracias Sandra por llevarla en tu vuelo, gracias familia por adoptar a Dalia. y las preciosas fotos que nos han mandado de ella en su nueva vida!
Te echamos de menos preciosa, aunque a nosotros nos duele mucho despedirnos de ti, queremos para ti lo mejor!
DALIA entered with GC PETS on spetember 2014 ! She wass without a home, without a family and lived somewhere in the mountains. After a time she looked for food and so she came to a house were the owner gave her food and where she could play with the other dogs there.But it was not a very safe place, and the road very close to the house. Also she got her heath and ofcourse taken by many male dogs there. So we were asked for help. The first of all she wass neutered inmedeatly after her heath to be sure no puppies would be born . DALIA was afraid of everyhting !! Cars, humans, children, noises.... And Dalia wass positive in Fialria ( Hartworm). Dalia was treated and after a couple of month she wass completely healthy, vaccinated, chipped and ready for adoption if she wass not so afraid of everyhting. It took many month and still she is afraid of many things and every walk with her ( 4 times a day) 3 of them where fully stressed. But some weeks ago we got a request for her in Germany , house with garden, lovely and paciencefull family and we are sure that with this family she can finally be completely happy! Thanks to our flight escort, Sandra, she left us this week to fly to her new family ! Thanks as well to all the people who helped to make it possible for Dalia to find her new family and thanks to her new family for adopting her, for which we are very greatfull!! Although we miss her a lot and the seperation was not easy , we only want the best for her!!
DALIA war seit September 2014 bei GCPETS! Sie hatte kein Zuhause, keine Familie und lebte sehr alleine in die Bergen auf GC. Nach lange war Sie nach ein Haus in die naehe gekommen fuer Fuetter.
Dort lebte viele Huenden und die Besitzer gab Sie auch immer Fuetter....aber die Umgebung war zu gefehrlich, Starsse mit vuel verkehr in die naehe und Dalia werde dann auch laufig! So wir werden um Hilfe gefragt! Dalia kam wenn Sie noch laufig war und dass erste wass wir dann auch gemacht haben ist Sie zu kastrieren zum TA zu bringen nachdem die Laufigkeit vobei war. Aber Dania war auch positiv im Filaria (Herzwurm) Dalia hatte ein riessen Angts, eigentlich fuer alles, autos, laute Knallen, Geschrei, Menschen, Kindern......Es hatt lange gedauert aber obwohl da schoen verbesserung kam.... Dalia ist noch immer Aengstlich, die 4 Spaziergange am Tag ware dann auch 3 davon voller Stress.
Aber vor einige Woche bekamen wir eine Anfrage fuer Sie im Deutschland, Haus mit Garten, sehr liebe Familie und ruehige umgebung und wir sind sicher dass diese liebe Familie Dalia endlich Glucklich machen kann! Vielen Dank an Sandra, unsere Flugpatin um Dalia mit nach ihre neue Hause zu nehmen, Dank an alle die mitgeholfen haben ein gutes Heim fuer Dalia zu finden und vielen vielen Dank an Dalia's neue Familie !!!! Wir vermissen Sie sehr und dass Abschied war sicherlich nicht einfach, aber wir wuenschen nuer dass Beste fuer Dalia und dass hat Sie jetzt gefunden !
