Estaban siempre juntos, y como no teníamos donde recogerlos, empezamos a ponerles al menos comida y agua. El lugar era inadecuado para cualquier animal, lleno de suciedad, escombros e insectos.
They were always together, and because we had no space in one of the foster homes, we started at least to give them food and water. The place was inadequate for any animal, full of dirt, wreckage and insects.

Cuando conseguimos una casa de acogida recogimos a la hembra, se trata de MALVA. Ella tenia filaria, pero ya está curada y castrada también. Es una perra encantadora, todo dulzura.
When we find a foster home, we took the female, called MALVA. She was heart-worm positive, but she is now cured and also castrated. She is a lovely dog, all sweetness.

Claro, lo primero pasar por el veterinario, para desparasitar y test de filaria....................que resultó positivo también. Ya hemos empezado su tratamiento. Estaban infectados de bichos, por dentro y por fuera, también tenían muy mal los ojos, con infección, pero ya los hemos curado.
Of course, the first thing we did was going to the veterinarian, to be de-wormed and a heart-worm test....... who was positive also. We already started their treatment. They were infected of bugs, inside and out, also they had very bad eyes, with infection, but we have already cured this.
