SAM: NUEVA ENTRADA EN GRAN CANARIA PETS - NEW ENTRANCE - NEUZUGANG

SAM es un perrito mezcla yorkshire que llevaba bastante tiempo abandonado y viviendo solo por la zona de Aguimes.

SAM is a Yorkshire mix who was already for a long time abandoned and living on his own in the area of Aguimes. 

SAM ist ein Yorkshire-Mischling, der lange Zeit ausgesetzt alleine in der Gegend von Aguimes lebte.

 

Al fin pudimos hacer un hueco para el en una casa de acogida de Gran Canaria Pets.

Finally we could make some space for him in a foster home of Gran Canaria Pets. 

Letztendlich konnten wir ihm einen Platz in einer Pflegestelle von Gran Canaria Pets verschaffen.

 Lo primero fué llevarlo al veterinario, donde pudimos comprobar el estado lamentable en que se encontraba, lleno de pulgas, garrapatas, nudos y suciedad.
The first thing we did was taking him to the veterinarian, where we found out that he was in a lamentable state, full of fleas, ticks, knots and dirt. 
Das Erste was wir taten, wir brachten ihn zum Tierarzt, wo festgestellt wurde, dass er sich in einem beklagenswerten Zustand befindet, voller Flöhe, Zecken, mit verfilztem Fell und verdreckt.

 Ya se ha vacunado, puesto el microchip, hecho los analisis y está sano.
He is now vaccinated, has a microchip, made the analysis and he is healthy. 
Jetzt ist er untersucht, geimpft, hat einen Mikrochip und ist gesund.

 

La sorpresa vino cuando pasó por la peluqueria, y se vió que debajo de todos esos nudos estaba lleno de mordidas de perros, muchas de ellas estaban infectadas.  Ya se le ha puesto la medicación adecuada.
The surprise came when he went to the hairdresser, where we saw that under all these knots, he was full of bites from other dogs and quiet a lot were infected. He now got medication for that. 
Die Überraschung erlebten wir nach dem scheren. Dann erst konnte man sehen, dass er unter dem verfilzten Fell Bisswunden von anderen Hunden hatte, von denen einige entzündet waren. Jetzt werden diese medikamentös behandelt.

El problema de SAM es que tiene mucho miedo, no se siente seguro en ninguna parte, por eso de momento y hasta que consigamos que tenga confianza con los humanos, no puede estar en una casa que se pueda escapar o saltar,  está en un sitio adecuado con todas las medidas de seguridad posibles.
The problem is that SAM is very fearful, he does not feel secure in any place, for that at this moment and until we win his confidence for humans, he can not be in a home where he can escape or jump, he is now in a place with maximum security. 
Das Problem ist, dass SAM sehr verängstigt ist und sich nirgendwo sicher fühlt. Deshalb kann er momentan, bis er Vertrauen zu Menschen hat, nicht in einem Haus untergebracht werden wo er entwischen oder über einen Zaun springen kann. Die Stelle, wo er jetzt ist, bietet ein Maximum an Sicherheit.
